TLLP and research questions

TLLPResearchReportCoverAs part of my ongoing M.Ed program, I am presently learning about research. To be specific, I’m learning about research questions and have discovered that writing an elegant question is not that simple. To assist my learning, I decided to explore The Teacher Learning and Leadership Program Research Report for 2014-2015. Carol Campbell, one of my profs, is a co-writer and I figure that taking a peek at her own work qualifies as inspired learning. And, to make things even better, I’m actually really interested in the topic.

I also find it interesting to see how the researchers have explained the methodologies in their study — quite an extensive and diverse set of tools they use, all of which provide yet another learning focus for me.

Grateful for:

  • Family — especially on this Family Day 2016 when I get to be at home with people I care about deeply
  • CBC – on a snowy day I love having the good company of terrific people who share their thoughts, art, music, and ideas.

Curious about:

  • Dylan Klebold’s mother…who has recently published a book about her experiences as the mom of a Columbine shooter and who also shared her story on CBC this morning. Oh…the pain! For everyone.
