Power of Attorney and Executors

There’s a big difference, it turns out, between a Power of Attorney and an Executor. Basically, the first is a person who takes charge of things when a person is living. The latter is a person who takes care of things once a person has passed away.  It’s an important difference and each role comes with assorted duties and expectations.

Observations? Yes, it’s a lot of work either way!

Grateful for:

  • the kids at school having a blast in the musical. Great show everyone!
  • computers and good records

Curious about:

  • will it rain on Friday when we have a big school carnival…outside!
